Overview
Q Link Wireless was a Lifeline wireless provider that advertised free phone service and occasional tablet promotions. In October 2024, Q Link Wireless LLC and its owner resolved federal criminal charges and False Claims Act allegations related to the Lifeline program; as part of that resolution they agreed not to participate in any FCC-administered program and to cooperate in transitioning Lifeline customers to other providers. Former Q Link customers were transferred to StandUp Wireless. If you were a Q Link customer, confirm your Lifeline benefit with StandUp Wireless or choose another approved Lifeline provider.
