Overview

Through its Digital Divide Consult, the Department of Veterans Affairs can loan an internet-connected tablet—preloaded with VA Video Connect—to enrolled Veterans who lack a video-capable device and whose VA provider recommends telehealth. VA also helps with setup and technical support, and can connect Veterans to internet-cost programs.

Eligibility requirements

  • Enrolled in VA health care
  • No video-capable device or internet at home
  • VA provider determines telehealth is part of your care

Ask your VA provider or social worker for a Digital Divide Consult. Not enrolled yet? Apply for VA health care at VA.gov or call 877-222-8387.
